Garden of Eve is an 80-acre certified organic farm located in a beautiful region of Long Island's East End. The farm cultivates approximately 25 acres, with over 70 varieties of vegetables and flowers, focusing on great-tasting specialty and heirloom varieties of tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, potatoes, etc. Garden of Eve Farm raises a flock of 500 laying hens, turkeys for Thanksgiving, and a few cows, sheep, and goats for milk, meat, and fun. Produce is sold to approximately 500 CSA members in New York City, to local residents from a farm stand on the farm, and at Greenmarkets farmers' markets in Brooklyn.
